3. JOINSTAR assessment: compare complete delivery routes
For machinery and spare parts, ask the forwarder to confirm cargo acceptance, vessel/voyage, Saudi entry point, inland transport, customs arrangements and total delivered cost in writing. Compare feasible Jeddah and Eastern Region routes against the project deadline. Request freight, surcharges, free time and quotation validity separately.
