1. Third-party information & independent transactions

Information in the Community / Business Board is provided by third-party publishers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, JOINSTAR has not commercially verified the publisher’s identity, qualifications, products, services or requirements. Display does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, agency appointment or performance guarantee.

Publishers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and permitted use of their information and images. Each party must independently check identity, authority, equipment, specifications, payment terms and performance arrangements before contracting or paying.

Unless JOINSTAR or the relevant operating company separately confirms its participation in writing, transactions between visitors are undertaken by those parties independently. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JOINSTAR and the website operator are not responsible for losses arising from those independent transactions. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including the operator’s own applicable duties.

JOINSTAR is a platform identity. DOOCANG COMPANY LIMITED is its Saudi operating company and the contact point for this Community board. No listing creates a contract with either the platform or operating company.

2. What you may publish

Relevant business requirements, equipment rental needs, procurement requests, industrial products, spare parts, and lawful business or project services. Clearly identify the publishing business and the scope of the requirement or offer.

• Use accurate descriptions and only images or brand references you are authorised to use.
• Do not imply a JOINSTAR partnership, approved supplier status or endorsement without written permission.
• Do not publish false projects, deceptive offers, impersonation, advance-fee scams, prohibited goods or unlawful services.
• Do not publish other people’s personal data, identity documents, bank information, confidential tenders or contracts without appropriate authority.
• No malware, suspicious download links, unrelated advertising, discriminatory content, harassment or repeated spam.

3. Submission, checks & removal

At this stage, any visitor can prepare a listing email and send it to our team. There is no online account, automatic publication or file upload. All initial submissions receive basic content checks before display; we may ask for confirmation of business contact details or publication rights. These checks do not establish commercial accuracy, legal qualification, product quality or availability.

Only content accepted for public display will appear. We may decline, correct with the publisher, restrict or remove content that conflicts with these rules, expires, or raises a substantiated concern. There is no guaranteed publication time. A removed or expired listing does not cancel any separate agreement between trading parties.

Listings require a validity date. Please contact us to renew, correct or withdraw information, quoting its reference. We may request confirmation from the original submitting address before making a change.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referring websites, approximate visitor countries, devices and page performance. Reports are available to authorised account users and are not displayed publicly on this website. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not track individual visitors across websites.

Our analytics integration does not read or send form entries, enquiry messages, contact details or quotation content. Cloudflare processes technical visit and performance information to provide these reports; browser and network restrictions may prevent some visits from being counted. 4. Privacy & publication choices

The form runs in your browser and prepares a draft email. It does not submit a listing to a website database or upload attachments. When you send the email, your email provider delivers the information and any attachments to our business mailbox. Your browser, mail provider and the website host may process ordinary technical data under their own applicable arrangements.

The team uses your submission to communicate with you, perform basic content checks, manage publication and respond to reports. Accepted listing text, business name, location, public business email, approved images, publication date and validity date may be publicly visible and copied or indexed by third parties. Publication requires your affirmative consent. Use only business contact information you are authorised to disclose.

We do not intend to publish internal correspondence, email headers or reporter contact details. Report information is used to investigate and communicate about the concern. We retain submission and correspondence information only as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. We do not promise a particular hosting country or that deleting a listing removes third-party copies.

To request access, correction, withdrawal of publication consent or deletion, contact sales@joinstarksa.com with the listing reference. Requests are subject to applicable law and proportionate identity checks. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

5. Reports & requests for assistance

Use the report link on a listing or email sales@joinstarksa.com. Include the listing reference or URL, the concern and any non-sensitive supporting information. The team assesses reports; reports do not trigger automatic removal.

Inviting JOINSTAR to assist does not make it a transaction party or guarantor. Any assistance, verification work, fees or commercial responsibility must be separately agreed in writing.
